SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Ordinaire. Below are the shipping and delivery policies for customers purchasing products from Ordinaire.
Delivery will be handled directly by Ordinaire's shipping unit. After receiving your Order, an Ordinaire sales consultant will inform you about the Delivery Time and specific Shipping Cost when you place the order.
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
All customers who shop online at the website https://www.ordinairecambodia.com/ or directly at Ordinaire showrooms and require direct home or site delivery.
2. SHIPPING TYPES:
Door Step Delivery*: Your order will ship when all items in your order are available for delivery. Items are delivered to your home by appointment to your room of choice and are then unpacked.
*Two delivery time per day: Morning 10am - 1pm, Afternoon 1pm - 4pm.
Front Door Delivery: With Front Door Delivery, packages are delivered to your front door or main entrance. This service does not include bringing items inside and upstairs.
Ship to Store Delivery: Pick up your order from our store.
3. METHODS OF APPLICATION:
Free delivery is offered within Phnom Penh City for orders valued at 500 USD or more.
Other areas outside Phnom Penh will have shipping fees calculated based on regions and order volume.

4. Delivery Time
- Depending on the transportation distance and fabric material of the product, delivery time will range from 7-28 days after placing the order.
- In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns during delivery, or issues in the export process.
- During the waiting period for delivery, if you have any questions regarding shipping information, please contact Ordinaire’s hotline for assistance at +855 96 397 1901.
5. Other Notes
- Ordinaire's delivery service is responsible for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the shipping process from the warehouse to the customer.
- Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. If the goods are found to be damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or incorrect, please sign to confirm the status of the goods with the delivery staff. Then, contact Ordinaire's customer service department for support.
- After you have signed for receipt of the goods without any notes or comments, Ordinaire will NOT be responsible for any warranty claims related to damage, scratches, breakage, dents, wrong items, etc., from you later. In such cases, you can contact the Ordinaire customer service hotline for paid repair and maintenance services.
